Careful here as not exactly off to a rousing start with my releases (0-2-1), although been beaten or pushed in games that looked like wins. Posted responses for leans or opinions seem to be doing well however. With that said on to tonight's game.
Teams playing for the coveted Governor's Cup which means absolutely nothing to either of these head coaches. Neither are known for there overall desire to win these games but rather take a short look at their starters and then take a longer look at the second and third stringers. Expect Kansas City to start solid behind Green and the running of Holmes, however the latter is schedule for short duty. Expect to see Collins and Clausen from the second quarter until completion. Expect St.Louis to play the starters more then one series tonight behind Bulger and Faulk for a fair amount of the first quarter. Early game edge to the Chiefs. Chandler and Smoker will follow for the balance of the game but most important will be the running of rookie Jackson, who in my opinion, was a monster in college and a steal in the late rounds of the draft. He carried 15 times for 73 yards last week against the Bears. Key here is the new rebuilding of the Chiefs defense under their new defensive coordinator. Last week showed little signs of improvement as the team has yet to adjust to the new schemes as the Giants moved the ball soundly in coming from behind to win going away. Rather expect the same may occur tonight, but if not, still appears that the line on this game is a bit high under the current circumstances. See this game to be won by a field goal. Hence,
1* St.Louis +4.5
